11 YEARS  .  360 HOMES  .  15 SCHOOLS  .  36 NEIGHBORHOODS  .  35 FARMHANDS  .  3 corporate gardens .  13,200 harvest boxes .  FRUIT TREES GALORE

The food grown on your land serves your neighbors too.
that's why we call it an Urban sharecrop.

Mission

Our mission is to create a community of neighbors sharing their resources to ensure that everyone has access to the healthiest, freshest food at an affordable price. If we all do our part to take care of the resources that feed us, we all stand to benefit.

Action

We farm yards and teach the practice of growing food to people of all ages. We aggregate the extra harvest and distribute it to neighbors in the city.  A portion of the proceeds goes to garden education in urban faming spaces.

01. Educate

Garden Education Program

We work with schools, parents, businesses and community organizations to bring edible garden education to all.

02. Grow food

Gracious Neighbors

We transform residential yards across San Diego into edible Edens and distribute extra harvest to the community.

03. Get Food

Good Neighbors

We aggregate surplus harvest into a bi-weekly farm box of fresh food grown by your neighbors and regenerative farm partners in San Diego.

04. Practice

Soulful Green Practitioners

Through our experiential curriculum, our farmhands nurture compassionate stewards of the land.
