During this interactive workshop, students will learn about the cultivation and preparations of loofahs and make their very own batch of melt & pour soap.

Areas of focus include

• soapmaking safety

• recipe formulation

• crafting with fragrances, colorants and embeds,

• molding, curing, labeling, packaging

• and gift design.

Upon completion of this workshop, students will walk away with a basic understanding of how to craft their own batch of melt & pour soap at home. Best of all, each student will leave this workshop with plenty of soap for personal use or gifts to loved ones.
