Yellow Lentil Soup

INGREDIENTS
organic red lentils lentils,
organic golden harvest lentils,
organic curry powder,
organic onion powder,
organic paprika,
organic Himalayan salt,
organic garlic powder,
organic black pepper,
organic turmeric,
organic ginger,
organic cumin,
organic coriander,
organic coconut milk powder
(organic tapioca maltodextrin, organic gum acacia fiber)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a pot, add mix and 3.5 cups water or broth.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lentils are soft and curry has thickened.
Stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Optional step, stir in chopped greens and roasted sweet potato.
Serve with rice and enjoy! For extra flavor, sauté a diced yellow onion before adding mix in. For better digestion, soak lentils before.
